Delete an account

You cannot delete an account directly. To request account deletion, select Delete account on the Settings page.

After you submit the request, AudioCodes removes the account from the system.

To request the deletion of an account:

1. In the Navigation pane, select Settings.

2. Click Delete account.

   Live Hub asks you to contact AudioCodes Customer Support.

3. Contact your AudioCodes representative to have the account removed.
